She is the Founder and Managing Partner of BVF Advisory & Consulting, a Dubai-based firm focused on translating strategic priorities into bankable, execution-ready deals.
Throughout her career, Bianca has worked closely with governments, development finance institutions, and private investors, including roles with the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) and the United Nations system. Her expertise spans agribusiness and food systems, energy and climate-aligned infrastructure, logistics corridors, and public-private partnerships, with a particular focus on frontier and emerging markets.
Her mission is to bridge long-term institutional and private capital with high-impact opportunities in under-served markets by grounding investment decisions in local context, execution capacity, and governance realities.
