Joel Rowland serves as Executive Chairman of PROFIA, where he focuses on connecting global infrastructure and development projects with creative, non-traditional financing structures. With more than 32 years of experience, he has built a strong reputation for bridging capital with opportunity across emerging and developed markets.
Mr. Rowland is a serial entrepreneur who has successfully founded and exited multiple companies and intellectual properties to financial institutions in the United States. He currently holds senior leadership and advisory roles across several international organizations, including JR Group USA, Invest Africa, Sage Financial USA. He has also previously served on the board of Limak Afrika SA and as CEO of Govt Portal.
Through his work on high-level governmental committees and advisory councils, Mr. Rowland regularly supports governments and corporations in structuring strategic partnerships and accessing global capital markets.
